Ordering Policy
Orders
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Pre-orders for special events (holidays, large catering, custom trays) must be made 1 week in advance.
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Payments
We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated (see Refund Policy).
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times will be scheduled upon order confirmation.
Delivery is available within Spartanburg and surrounding areas for an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and gluten.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies before ordering.
Handling & Storage
Once orders are picked up or delivered, Suga Shack Snack is not responsible for storage or quality issues caused by mishandling.
All sweets and treats should be stored in a cool, dry place unless otherwise instructed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement for a partial refund or credit.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or missed pickups.
