At Sugar Shack, we work hard to make sure every treat hits the spot. Since our products are made fresh and are perishable, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Please read carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our items are made fresh (cookies, brownies, cakes, candy fruits, spicy bowls, etc.), we cannot accept returns once a product has left our shop or been delivered.

 

 Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your order. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion in the following situations:

Wrong Order: If you receive the wrong item(s), we will replace them at no extra cost or provide a refund.

Damaged Order: If your order arrives significantly damaged (ex: spilled, crushed, inedible), please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Order Not Received: If your delivery never arrives, we will investigate and issue a refund or replacement if confirmed.​

No Refunds For 

Change of mind after pickup/delivery.

Items not consumed within recommended time frames.

Custom orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery.

 Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. After that, payments are non-refundable

 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
