How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website. Please include your name, items, sizes

How far in advance should I order?

Regular orders: at least 48 hours in advance

Large/custom/event orders: 1 week in advance

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver within Spartanburg and surrounding areas for an extra fee for over 5 miles. Pickup is also available.

What if I have allergies?

Our treats may contain or come in contact with milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and gluten. Please let us know about any allergies before ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a partial refund or credit. Same-day cancellations or missed pickups cannot be refunded.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom sweets, trays, and event treats. Message us for details and pricing.

How should I store my treats?

Cookies, brownies, and cakes: store in airtight containers at room temperature.

Where are you located?

We are based in Spartanburg, SC, and serve surrounding areas.

Do you sell every day?

Suga Shack Snack sweets are available daily (with pre-order).
