At Sugar Shack, we want to make sure your order gets to you fresh and on time. Because our products are perishable, we take extra care with packaging and delivery. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We currently offer local pickup and local delivery within the Spartanburg area and other surrounding areas.
Delivery fees may apply depending on distance (over 5 miles)
Pickup and delivery times will be confirmed at checkout or by message after your order is placed.
Delivery Options
Local Delivery: Available in Spartanburg and surrounding areas.
Campus Delivery (USC Upstate): Free drop-off at designated spots.
Out-of-Town Delivery: Offered

Campus: Free
Local: $3–$7 (based on distance)
Out-of-Town: Price varies depending on mileage & order size
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made same-day for pre-orders placed by 6 PM.
Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered the next available day.
Weekend delivery is available
Delivery Guidelines
Customers must provide an accurate address & phone number.
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at the drop-off location.
Missed deliveries will require rescheduling & an additional fee.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Inclement weather may cause delays or rescheduling.
Shipping Availability
Some Sugar Shack items (like candy fruits, cookies, brownies, and packaged sweets) may be available for out-of-town shipping.
Perishable items like spicy bowls and certain cakes are local only and cannot be shipped.
If you’re unsure whether your item can be shipped, please contact us before ordering.
Processing Times
Standard processing time is same day or 1–2 business days before your order is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Pre-orders for large/custom trays may require up to 1 week notice.
Shipping Methods & Timing
Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS
Standard shipping is 2–5 business days.
We may offer expedited shipping for an additional fee to ensure freshness.
Warm Weather Notice
During hotter months, certain sweets may melt during shipping. We recommend choosing expedited shipping or local pickup for best results.
Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries
Sugar Shack is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
